The brief

One structure, two jobs

McKinsey Electronics needed reliable daytime power and shaded parking on the same footprint.

We designed and fabricated the steel structure in-house, engineered it for the site's wind and seismic loads, then fitted the roof with bifacial solar modules and tied the system into the building's distribution — one continuous scope from bolt to breaker, delivered by a single team.
